what we collect

account details for workspace users (name, email, company), recruitment data customers upload or collect (job descriptions, cvs, application form submissions, interview answers), and marketing enquiries from waitlist and demo forms.

how we use it

to operate the platform: evaluating cvs against job descriptions, running clarity interviews, generating reports, and supporting customers. we do not sell personal information.

candidate data

candidate data belongs to the customer whose workspace collected it. each workspace is isolated, with access limited to its members.

data protection

customers are the responsible party for candidate data. supanove processes it on their instruction to provide the service.

retention and deletion

data is retained while a workspace is active. customers can request deletion by contacting us.
